Shipping, returns and policies

Shipping

We ship across India. Ready pieces leave us within [3–5] working days and usually arrive [5–7] working days after that.

Shipping is [free on orders over ₹X / ₹Y per order]. We share tracking on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves.

Custom pieces ship when they are ready; we tell you the date when you approve the plan.

Returns and exchanges

Ready pieces can be exchanged or returned within [7] days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp to start.

Because many of our pieces are one of one, an exchange may be for a different piece or store credit.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within [7–10] working days of us receiving the piece.

Custom orders

Nothing is cut until you approve the plan and the price in writing (WhatsApp is fine).

A [50%] advance confirms your slot; the rest is due before dispatch.

Custom pieces are made for you and cannot be returned. If something doesn't fit as agreed, we alter it free within [14] days.

Old sarees can be fragile. We check every inch and tell you about any weak spots before we cut; we can't be responsible for damage that was already in the cloth.

Every leftover piece of your saree comes back to you with your order.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to make and send your order: your name, contact details, address, measurements and the pictures you share.

We use them for your order and, if you subscribe, our occasional newsletter. We never sell or share them, except with our courier to deliver your parcel.

Ask us any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

Terms

Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Handloom and vintage cloth has small irregularities; they are part of its character, not faults.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include [GST / taxes as applicable].
